Voted for other. Coffee undoubtedly impacts both my IBS and urinary incontinence and so I have reduced my intake but not eliminated it completely. I have two cups a day. Any fluids just go straight through me in the morning at breakfast so it's not like not having coffee would change things. I also tend to have one after lunch. I find any more than two cups in a day though and it'll likely cause bowel issues so avoid having more. So I'm not exactly mostly cutting it out or just suffering the consequences but I think I've found a happy medium in between.

So about 3/23 of us are coffee addicts that won't stop, or haven't had any problems yet. I can't live without my coffee either. It better not cause any harm eventually because it's going to be impossible to stop.
