I love all the accessories with nappies, like IC wet wipes and cleaning foam.

I like to smell clinically, When I have a BM in my nappy I use dry wipes and very clinical smelling cleaning foam, I think this is very noticeable to people that I have ''IC'' issues. I always buy the TENA shampoo and leave it openly in the shower room in my group home, that smells very clinical too. Also anything TENA branded here in the UK is straight away know as IC related. It just reinforces that I need nappies. Are you the same?

No, but then again, I enjoy having friends. I imagine you’re very popular at your group home!

Why wouldn't I be? IC is nothing shameful.

Agreed. But even if I were IC, I would see no reason to demonstrate or reinforce the notion that "I need nappies."

Perhaps more to the point, I'd recognize that most people above the age of 3 or 4 really don't want to be forced to 'notice' that I have IC issues.
