Through wearing a segufix sometimes at night, i have come to the conclusion that i like the feeling of being tightly hugged arund my body in a comfortable way.
Do you guys have any product recommentadions for things easy to wear which can provide a comfortable hug?
Now the obvious solution would be a weighted vest but these things cost 200+ $/€.
I ordered this back-support-thing and i am courious if it does the trick
P.S. i am 188cm / 6'2" and about 75kg

I have a weighted blanket that feels absolutely amazing (super soft, heavy weight). I do recommend them if you can tolerate warmth at night (I LOVE warmth). Have you looked at compression vests? Amazon/specialist shops sell them for people with autism, they tightly 'hug' the torso and provide a relaxing sensation for anxiety/stress. Prices seem to vary.

Other than that, maybe consider layers. I wear tight-fitting PJ's over a snap-button (crotch) vest, of course whilst diapered + diaper wrap. I then get to sleep under my thick duvet + weighted blanket. For some, I'd imagine this is far too much but I love the heat/warmth and get cold really easy (I'm a July baby lol).

Lastly, you can get compression bedding/sheet/blankets on Amazon. They're tight fitting and wrap your body to provide a restriction sensation, I've never owned one but they look so comfy!

Do weighted blankets stay in place? I been thinking about getting one.

Pretty much, for me anyways. I don't move much when I'm asleep anyway so my covers + weighted blanket is pretty much in the same position as when I go to sleep. Even if you do fidget/wriggle in your sleep, I can't imagine it'd move that much - mine is pretty heavy and takes considerable effort to move/pick up.

I can wholeheartedly recommend them. I actually bought one after asking for advice on here, many people said that weighted blankets improved their sleep quality, reduced anxiety and stress and were just overall really comfy! I'm so glad I purchased one. Even in summer you could just use the blanket with no duvet, for those that like to sleep in a cooler environment. I personally LOVE being warm so it's never an issue for me! 😁

You have the weighted blankets as an option but there are other things that may be suitable for more daytime wear and activities or when out and about.

For instance you can buy compression socks and compression shorts/boxers that will put a little gentle pressure in those area's, you can also get compression pants(trousers) or leggings that will "hug" everything below the waist (meant for runners). You can also get Compression shorts/boxers with a very high rise (half way up the torso) that are designed to hold the tummy in place (giving a trimmer appearance for those with a bit of a belly) which are fairly snug and might give that "hugged" feeling.

Then there are corsets which are available for men and women, you can tighten them up as much as you wish to give you the right feeling but getting the sizing right and putting them on can be a bit awkward, wearable out and about though and if anyone spots it you can say it is a "sports" item for helping with exercise and controlling the muscles.

Well,

I myself cannot stand to have lose fitting clothing on myself at all, it bothers me and feels itchy and crawling on my skin.

That said, i also use a segufix at night mostly for mitigation (actually completly emliminates) sleepwalking as that often resuls in injury (bad foot/leg, nerve damage and other issues).

I do also have a weighted blanked 50# one kng sized and often double it up. I also wear at minimum an LKS sleeper that is snug/tight or a preventawear suit (non strechy one).

During the day i do if out and about will use a corset, but not really tight or to make my figurre any special way, more just support.
I also wear a onesie or even a preventawear suit (they make to fit) and its tight on my skin everywhere, from thighs to chest.
I will also sometimes wear compression pants as well, used to use to help with edema but dont need that after i could walk somewhat again after recovering from an accident, but they are still comfortable especially if wearing jeans or pants as i cant stand them.

I think the feeling of compression is quite common for multiple reasons from nerve damage to autisim to unknown reasons, and based on the fact that things like weighted blankes are even on amazon and sell well, and compression clothing is very popular even not being used for sports or the look.

Your specific feelings will be specific to you, but know that you are not by far alone in prefering compression on your skin, and that is what feel comfortable to you. Other may hate compresion its personal prefs..

But, for daily wearing, i'd look to things like compression pants, usually for medical reasons but easily available, and if anyone says anything about them, just tell them they are compression stockings, and they can google them.

Other things would be just wearing a spandex undershirt, or even wearing things like cuddleduds in cooler weather under your normal streetwear.

You can also wear something like a preventawear suit under your clothes, either the non strech or the strech one, they are cut to semi not be seen under normal clothes and do keep diapers in place and less noticable and they are sensory friendly that is key.

Your outterwear will dictate your underwear, but overall you can wear a lot of items and anyone seeing anything like compression pants or shirt you can easily just say what it is, it's not some fetish item or specific AB type of thing by any means and most will see it as medical, which IMHO is medical being making you comfortable is medical.

So, for easily explainable and mostly undetectable under regular pants/jeans and t-shirt, get some Compression pants and a compression shirt. That will go a long way, plent available on-line.

If you want something a bit more tight and fitted i'd go for something like the preventawear suit, it is back zip, so might be difficult to use bathroom, unless you are in a diaper (they are sorta meant for diapers), but i can do the zipper myself unless my back/arms are acting up. And even some compression pants in addition to the suit. I doubt anyone would know you are wearing even the suit in public, its sorta meant to be under clothes and not seen by most if anyone under a shirt and pants.

that is my take, now it comes down to how much compression do you want and./or restriction.

If you want more compression than just clothing, more comfortable than a back brace as well... I ahve one of these:

That fits me well, and is very supportive and easily can give you as much compression you could handle IMHO...I don not have it laced very tight myself, jus enough to be snug.

These are nice and i have them cut and even have had them readjust them to be more snug, but they last forever and are meant to not be torn so they are tough and dont get loose over time when wearing them like most fabrics.

Then some compression pants.

If you have other ideas or more information on your wants, like more specific areas you want or dont want compression and/or if your wanting to use use a diaper or not, that might adjust the things I or other might suggest

Not my thing, but closely related maybe I kinda think about a crib filled with stuffies so they can't fall out and then sleeping snug in the middle of a cuddly stuffy pile.

There’s actually a company called www.hugsleep.com that sells adult swaddles.

Thanks for sharing.
I like it warm but not hot at night so a weighted blanket might be worth a shot as they are not too expensive on amazon.
Weighted vest seem to only be available for children, or as sports devices (which look highly uncomfortable), at least on amazon and for reasonable pricing.
Corsets is not a thing i am looking into.
I have a back-zip short sleeve/leg onesie that is quite comfortable and also thight fitting. I will try to wear it more often to test if i can feel the differencen.
I do not yet have any overalls/ one piece sleepers but those are definitively on the wishlist.
These swaddles look like fun but also a bit uncomfortable, as you cannot easily strech.
Has anyone ever tried them?

Cool, yes i'd say that sleepers are great, I use the LKS Little Keeper Sleepers.
I have a thing with not liking a zipper in my chin/neck as if im just lying in bed i will often curl up and a front zip pushes on my necl/chin and bothers me, so i use the back zip pj's and most the time isnt a big deal for me to do/undo them myself.

I havent looked into the "swaddles" things but dont look that intresting to me personally, I prefer things to be tight and form fitting, like the LKS sleepers (snug fit with a bit of compression) or the preventawear i have cut to compress me pretty well.

Corsets are not for me for feeling compression but more just back support and alike, and i dont lace them tight at all.

But, seems that you might like the LKS sleepers and they are not too expensive, and very soft as well. I have onesies but have recut all them to be more snug in the body and they being cotton never really did much for compression and the strech out over time as well. I have some 4care ones that are not cotton that are better, but in all reality i dont use any onesie for the compression or the feel at all. I strictly use the preverntawear or LKS (at home) for feel against the skin for the most part.

Now, everyone is differet, but the LKS sleepers are IMHO great feeling at night, i use a size 18 usually which is tight on my body and a bit of a chore to get all on, but the extra snugness keeps it still snug after streching out a bit. This is why i actually love the preventawear suit (non strech one) as when you put it on, the compressions you have it what it stays at, which is good for me, prob not the best if your going to be doing something where you need a lot of freedom of movement, as it will restrict movement as well depending on the cut and how tight it is on you.
I have them rather tight and compress me everywhere they are and yes they do prevent me from doing the splits or even close, but i honestly think my legs would break before the fabric would rip so when it restricts you movement it is unyielding, but i like the compression and the constant amopunt without much if any loosining up over the time you wear it, and im fine with the minor issues with a bit less flexability overall.

Seems that you should for sure try a LKS sleeper, as off the rack they will work. But also look at getting a preventawear suit you give them your measurments and i even went back and had them adjust the suit again to bring it in and it worked great after one back and forth.
