I don't, but I'm honestly really interested in learning. It looks like a ton of fun once you understand.

I mostly play elite dangerous or sometimes racing games. I find elite dangerous super fascinating for some reason.

I've heard elite dangerous described as space trucking simulator with combat which honestly sold me on the concept, except at the time I bought it my computer couldn't run it.

I love hearts of iron 4. Not very much good in it but have about 1000 hours playing it.
