Friendly meetups

Im so sad that there isn't a better way to meetup/socialize in person with AB/DL's. I mean I do understand confidentiality and safety, but its unfortunate that the extent of in person socializing is more or less conventions. Maybe there is somewhere I can go, but as of yet I have been rather unsuccessful.
